Island Mobile Paws Veterinary Services provides in-home chronic pain management care for companion animals in the Cowichan Valley.

We utilize acupuncture, laser, and shockwave therapy to address arthritis and other chronic medical conditions.
Additionally, we offer abdominal and cardiac ultrasounds to our colleagues in practices on Vancouver Island and Saltspring Island.
We are focused on these cases and treatments and therefore do not provide other routine or emergency veterinary services. However, we will work closely with your regular veterinary to coordinate each patient’s care.
We offer treatments for:
- Arthritis and old-age “slowing down”
- Neurological diseases (e.g., ruptured disc in back)
- Chronic medical conditions(kidney disease, gi disorders, etc.)
- Degenerative neuromuscular diseases
